After only 2 months of training with us our current members have increased strength and vitality in abundance.
The sessions at The Hundred Club powerfully combine social interaction with strength, balance and mobility training: alongside cardiovascular exercise.
The sessions will be fun, with a strong focus on a social element to encourage long term commitment to these twice weekly sessions.
It is the consistency of exercise and interaction over the long term that will see you, your parent or partner reap the real benefits of these group sessions.
Exercises included in these sessions will be:
Carrying
Lifting Weights
Working with resistance
Body weight exercises
Concept2 Bikes
Concept2 Ski Ergs
Concept2 Rowers
SkillMill for walking, running, pushing and resistance work.
We have created what we consider to be a revolutionary mental and physical health program, to help over 65’s live longer, with a higher quality of life to look forward to in those extra years. If you are worried about any of the following, attending The Hundred Club twice per week over a sustained long term period will help to prevent all of the below.

After a successful trial we are pleased to announce that The Hundred Club will permanently run on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We advise anyone wanting to participate who has not exercised for some time or has any medical conditions or concerns to speak to their GP first.
