Group Personal Training Classes.
The sessions on the timetable are based around Paul Connor’s tried and tested way of training which see him in his peak, and still competing in sport and building muscle and strength in his 50’s. Group classes are a combination of weight lifting, aerobic work and a fusion of the two. This system delivers incredible results around muscle tone, aerobic fitness, health and longevity.
Freestyle open gym sessions are also available during the day and evening to our members.
