If you are already experienced in a gym environment and know how to handle equipment then slotting straight in to the Team is probably the right way forward for you.

You will be able to participate fully in all of our classes and benefit from our structured approach to training.

We concentrate on strength, stability and aerobic work on separate days of the week and by working this way, we have seen the biggest improvements in all our members.

At Team Training we know that 95% of dieters regain the weight they have lost. We also know that adherence to fitness programmes is a mere 35%.

Our approach is to get you to understand why the statistics are so poor and then make sure you are somebody who achieves what you set out to.

The Team Training Start Up package begins not on the gym floor with burpees and wall balls breaking you down until you are sick. Instead we sit down and discuss exactly what it is going to take in order for you to become the very best version of yourself that you can.

Once we understand what to do and we begin to change our habits outside of the gym, it is then we can move on to the fun parts of exercise.

Kettlebells, barbells, sandbags and aerobic equipment all require knowledge to use and this is why over 3 further individual sessions we teach you how to extract the most benefits from these pieces of equipment.

After your skill training is complete and you understand how to take care of yourself for life, you will be able to participate in the numerous Team Training sessions available each week.

The challenges of becoming the “ultimate you” are many but by approaching them in this way, you have the best chance of sticking to your plans and making sure you succeed.
