The evidence is in from multiple studies. In group personal training people work harder and achieve more when they are working together and striving for a common goal. In this case the goal is to become stronger.
In the Team Training Strength Sessions we will concentrate on the major moves that produce maximum strength such as deadlifts, squats, overhead presses, pull ups, bench press, bent rows and dips. These are the big moves that work all the large muscle groups and give the most bang for your buck. Whether you are a beginner or have a vast amount of experience you will be able to work on these lifts with a group of others on the same mission as yourself.
