Freestyle Friday is a mop up day. If you missed Project Day, then we will help you do it on Friday. If you don’t feel like you did enough cardio or strength in the week dependent on your goals, we can help you build a session to fit your needs.
We do lots of goal setting at Team, so Friday is a great ad hoc session if you need to focus on your individual goals, like getting faster on the rower, or being able to squat or deadlift bigger weights.
Friday is about having a bit of a social atmosphere too, so members get to have a chat and really slow down their sessions too if they want to. Friday is all about you! We can guide you, set you a great workout, or just put the kettle on and give you a pop quiz and some great banter while you sit on one of our Concept2 bikes.
An idea of what you fancy doing and we will help with the rest. Some music knowledge and a bit of Friday banter is always welcome too. We are a friendly bunch so we really welcome anyone into this session because we know how powerful laughter and exercise is for mental health and wellbeing. Freestyle Friday is fun.
