To be strong is to give you a greater chance of living longer, avoiding injury, taking care of yourself and yes we know what you really want – looking good naked!
In this session we look to develop your skills and strength across the major moves such as deadlift, squat, pull up, clean & jerk, snatch and lunge. Why? Because moves such as these target more muscles than all other exercises combined.
Here at Team Training we understand that you are busy. You haven’t the time for arms day, shoulders day, chest day etc. You need to maximise your time in the gym and get the most “bang for your buck”.
By attending this session regularly you will unquestionably gain muscle, drop fat and build yourself injury proof.
Water and a towel as standard. It makes sense to keep a track of what you are lifting so you can manage your progression.
So bring your phone, and we will build your sessions for you so that all you have to do is track your weights as you progress, and of course keep checking your ripped and toned body in the mirror over the coming months.
