The price of 1-2-1 private training at team training is more expensive than you may pay with other personal trainers, however you get what you pay for. Years of experience and results are our legacy, and several clients who have been with us for over 10 years are proof of this.
We are able to offer training with other coaches in the private gym at a slightly lower rate so please get in touch to ask more about other options including female coaches. Personal training also includes the benefits of membership to the team social and motivation group.
Team gives you the access to daily private tailored coaching from one of the most experienced health coaches in Cheshire: coupled with motivation and friendship from like minded individuals as many times a week as you can fit into your life.
A 3 month welcome offer is available if you want to make that financial commitment to ensure you keep with this long enough to see results and make those all important psychological changes. There is also a couples membership for partners who want o make their health changes together.
