Reason number 9 why you might not want to train with Team.
Team Training exercises are not possible with my injury:
“I can’t join in with a group because there are some things I can’t do.”
We will work around it. As we have said before, the training methods we use in Team are based on years of experienced personal plans from Paul and the team, and they have not worked out for this amount of years without having injuries and carrying on.
There’s always some niggle here or there, especially if we are used to working out and as we age but we will always find a way around it for you. Over decades of hard physical training we have never once let any injury stop us from having a workout.
