Team is not just about working hard in the gym, it’s about a group of people coming together, getting to know each other and making friends. The Team training group go out to regular local Hartford, Northwich & Knutsford quiz nights, pub nights and hikes.
The team also take part on fun events like the Manchester inflatable race, and also visit Wildshore.
